We answer the calls nobody else is around to take.
The assistant picks up at any hour, asks for the details and writes everything down. In the morning you read a finished report instead of listening back to a recording. You decide what it asks about.
It speaks Polish, Ukrainian and English. Nobody has to work nights.
Setup takes an afternoon
Setting the questions
Deciding what the assistant asks and what it records from the call. An ordinary form, no programming.
Taking the call
The assistant says up front that it is an AI system and that the call is recorded. Then it simply talks.
Passing on the report
By SMS, WhatsApp, email or straight into your own system. All in bullet points, half a minute to read.
Who uses this
It makes no difference whether the caller is a driver, a tenant or a patient. The assistant asks whatever you put in and records it the same way every time. The industry changes the questions, not how it works.
Transport and logistics
A driver reports a breakdown, a delay or a cargo problem.
Field service
A fault report: what, where, how urgent, who is calling.
Property management
Something breaks in a building out of hours. You know where and what straight away.
Clinics and practices
Booking, cancellation, a question about preparation.
IT support
An outage reported outside the team's working hours.
Local services
A quote or availability enquiry when nobody can pick up.
You can see what the assistant missed
Every field we store comes with a confidence score. If something was unclear you see it and check it. The worse outcome is a system quietly filling in something that looks right and is made up.
A confidence score on every field
Low confidence raises a flag to check. Nothing goes in quietly.
Urgent things go to the top
You set the rules. If a condition matches, the report gets priority. The model has no say in it.
What was said is what gets stored
Someone says "near the Kąty exit" and that is what you read. Nothing gets tidied up.
A record of changes
You can see which version of the script handled which call. Six months later too.

Common questions
Does the caller know they are talking to a machine? +
Yes. The assistant says so at the start of every call and mentions the recording. Article 50 of the EU AI Act has required this since August 2026.
What if the assistant cannot cope? +
You set a condition where it hands the call to a person or offers a callback. Outside working hours it takes a message and sends it to you with the transcript.
How quickly do I get a number? +
A number from our pool is assigned immediately. A number registered to your own company takes a few working days for the Polish regulator. You can also connect a number you already have.
Can I use my existing number? +
Yes, over SIP — the way phone systems pass calls across the internet. The number stays yours and nothing is registered again.
Where are the recordings kept? +
On servers in the European Union, in Frankfurt. Recordings are encrypted, move to archive after 90 days and are deleted after a year.
Which languages does it speak? +
Polish, Ukrainian and English. The language is set per number.
Is there anything to install? +
No. Everything runs on our side and you use a browser.
How does billing work? +
A monthly subscription plus minutes over the allowance. VAT invoice on payment terms, by transfer.
